Michael Beygelman, founder of Claro Analytics and executive vice president of product at WilsonHCG, spoke with reporters at the Forbes Technology Council to talk about why mobile apps are so important to staffing and recruiting agencies.
Beygelman said organizations must give candidates the option to apply for roles via mobile devices. Those that don't, he added, risk losing significant applicant interest.
He said even outdated apps can be a deterrent for many jobseekers.
